4. SMS & OTP Communication

We use MSG91 as our SMS service provider to deliver One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for account verification and login. Your mobile number is shared with MSG91 solely for the purpose of delivering these transactional messages. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS.

• Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by DigitalOcean in the Bangalore (BLR1) region, India
• Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
• Database access is restricted through network policies to authorized application components only
• We perform daily automated backups to prevent data loss
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, we will permanently remove all your personal data and associated records within 30 days of your request.
