MyStaffSalary is a staff management application that enables small and medium businesses to track employee attendance, calculate salaries, and manage payment records. The Service is accessible via web browsers on any device.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to MyStaffSalary are owned by Anand Soni. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.
We strive to maintain the Service available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anand Soni shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also discontinue use of the Service at any time by contacting us for account deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
