MyStaffSalary is a staff management application that enables small and medium businesses to track employee attendance, calculate salaries, and manage payment records. The Service is accessible via web browsers on any device.

3. Account Registration

• To use the Service, you must register using a valid Indian mobile number
• A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number for verification
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share your OTP with anyone
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter into the Service
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• You must comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations while using the Service

5. Subscription & Payments

• The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis at the prices displayed on the website
• Prices are subject to change; existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes
• We may offer promotional or launch pricing from time to time at our sole discretion

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to MyStaffSalary are owned by Anand Soni. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anand Soni shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also discontinue use of the Service at any time by contacting us for account deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
